User agreement

Definitions:

Online Store (Website) – a website located on the Internet at joki.ru through which the Seller informs the Buyer about the Products;

• Product – an object available for Order by the Buyer, the description of which is posted on the Website for review.

• Order – a formalized request from the Buyer for the purchase and delivery of Products selected by the Buyer in the Online Store, to the address specified by the Buyer.

• Buyer – any legally capable individual (legal entity), individual entrepreneur, who has accepted this Agreement.

• Seller – online store «AquaVivo»;

• Personal data – information relating to the Buyer, including that specified by them when placing an Order.

• Processing of personal data – actions (operations) performed manually or automatically with personal data, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, distribution (including transfer), anonymization, blocking and destruction of personal data.

By acceding to this Agreement and posting their data on the Website, by filling out any fields of feedback forms and chat (online communication with Website managers), when placing an Order on the Website, entering any data into other fields of the Website, the Buyer:

• confirms that they have carefully read this Agreement, understand its meaning and the terms and conditions used therein;

• agrees to the processing and use of all data entered by the Buyer;

• guarantees that all entered data belongs personally to the Buyer.

This Buyer's consent applies to the processing of the following personal data:

• last name, first name, patronymic;

• login or nickname;

• address of residence or delivery (region, district, city, street, house, apartment);

• phone numbers;

• email addresses and logins (identifiers in messengers);

• entered search queries, page addresses, text and graphic messages;

• user technical information (IP, browser, operating system, screen resolution, etc.);

• Buyer's behavior on the website;

• Buyer's interests;

The User grants the Website and the Seller, as well as its employees, the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data:

• collection and accumulation;

• use of Buyer's data for order placement, communication (by any available methods), for informational purposes, to optimize the Website and improve its perception by the Buyer, for personalized commercial offers;

• storage for the periods established by regulatory documents for record retention, but not less than three years from the date of Order placement;

• clarification (updating, changing);

• destruction;

• provision of collected data to the Buyer upon his/her request (if Buyer identification is possible);

• transfer by court order or with the Buyer's consent, including to third parties, while taking measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.

By continuing to use the Website and/or by checking a special box in the feedback forms, the Buyer gives conscious and specific consent to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and Federal Law «On Personal Data» No. 152-FZ.

Users' personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems, except in cases where non-automated processing of personal data is necessary due to legal requirements.

This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and may be withdrawn by the Buyer by submitting an application to the Website administration with data allowing correct identification of the Buyer. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by sending the Buyer an appropriate instruction in simple written form to the email address info@foxmarket.pro.

The Website is not responsible for the use (both lawful and unlawful) by third parties of information posted by the Buyer on the Website, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out by all possible means.

The Website has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When changes are made, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

The Website administration does not accept counter-offers from the User regarding changes to this User Agreement.
